GOOD FOOD BAD VIBES I absolutely love this place. The food is fantastic and honestly a little addictive. Everything I’ve tried has been fresh, flavorful, and consistently good. My only criticism is the atmosphere inside. The space itself is cute, and they even have a cotton candy machine, which is a fun touch. But the dining area feels SO awkward. it’s very quiet, the lighting is dim, and there’s no music playing. A little background music and some small updates to the ambiance would completely transform the experience and make it one of the cutest lunch spots around. That said, the food keeps me coming back, and for now i’ll stick to doordash. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great poke bowl.

I went with my dad and sibling. My bowl was amazing as it was filled to the lid. On the other hand, my dad and siblings bowls had very low portions. My siblings bowl was so low, that the lady checking us out had to ask the worker who made it if it was a kids bowl (it was regular, nobody said kids bowl). Of course, it was the lady with glasses and colored hair. I dont know her name but she is known for making bowls with low portions. The lady who made my bowl was excellent and she had glasses as well, light brunette, and was wearing a baseball cap. The food is really good but that one worker really needs trained or fired (I heard she has been rude to customers as well).

Rockstar place! I’m a Pacific Islander from SF Bay Area and I moved Cuyahoga for work; I’ve been trying to find some local eateries that are familiar and reminds me of home - i.e island/hawaiian food (: glad I found this place locally. Awesome service, great portions. $17 for the bowl is good!

I am VERY disappointed. I love Poke and roll and have been eating here for awhile. Their website the sign on the door and the clearly illuminated sign outside all pointed to the fact that they are open until 7pm on Sundays. I walked in the unlocked door with the open sign turned on at 6:30 only to be turned away because they were 'closed.' They had clearly been closed for awhile also as all the food was taken off the line despite not closing until 7. I figured coming close to close maybe some of the items would be unavailable but definitely not all of them. Perhaps the owners should update the hours if this is the case. It was not a holiday either this was 03/22/2026

My wife really wanted this for her birthday. Ordered online at 6:45, their hours state they close at 8pm. Arrived at 7:05 to pickup my online order. They were closed. No signs indicating any special hours. Online ordering still available and took my money. Now I have to work to get that back. Overall disappointing experience all together.
